Privacy Policy
Draft — review with counsel before launch
What this covers
This policy explains what Sweatbox.ai collects, why, and the choices you have. It's a working draft and will be finalized with legal review before launch.
Information we collect
Account information — your email and profile details, provided through our authentication provider (Clerk) when you sign up.
Content you create — scripts, characters, worlds, images, audio, and video you generate or upload, plus the settings and decisions attached to a production.
Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the app is used, to improve it.
Payment information — handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store card numbers.
How we use it
To provide the product: run the pipeline, generate assets, save your work, and sync it across the app.
To operate the business: authentication, billing, support, and preventing abuse.
To improve Sweatbox: understanding which features help and fixing what doesn't.
We do not sell your personal information.
AI generation
Generating content sends the relevant prompt and references to third-party AI providers (for text, image, and video). Their handling of that data is governed by their own terms. We pass only what's needed to fulfill the request.
Storage & security
Content and files are stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase). We take reasonable measures to protect your data, though no system is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your content, and request deletion of your account. Some records may be retained where required for legal or accounting reasons.
